Can I manage more than one property?

Yes. Keep multiple properties in one workspace, group them by city, and use filters to find the one you need.

Is this only for shared houses?

No. Roomline works with room rentals and shared leases, while keeping each property and its records together.

Do I need a floor plan to get started?

No. Add a property first. You can upload a floor plan or draw your rooms later.

Does Roomline collect rent or sign leases?

Not currently. Roomline organizes your lease information, documents, and records. It does not process payments or provide electronic signatures.
